Thank you for your continued patience and for staying engaged with us. We know the past few weeks have felt quiet, and we truly appreciate everyone who has been checking in and holding us accountable.
Here’s a clear and positive look at where things stand.
🔎 Off-Tool Sample Validation (Late January)
Between January 26–30, we completed detailed testing of the off-tool samples, focusing on:
• The upgraded supporting frame
• Frame-to-box alignment and mounting precision
• Structural rigidity under load
During validation, we identified two components that required fine-tuning to ensure perfect alignment and long-term durability.
Rather than rushing ahead, we chose to adjust the tooling so that the final product meets the precision standards we set for VersaCarve from day one.
🔧 February – Refinement & Pre-Production Work
From February 1–14, tooling adjustments were implemented and rechecked.
Our manufacturing partner then observed the Lunar New Year holiday (Feb 15–27), during which factory operations were temporarily paused.
The good news is that refinements are now complete, and we are moving confidently into the assembly phase.
🏭 March – Assembly Preparation & Production Ramp
March 1–15
• Resume parts production
• Begin staged assembly validation
• Confirm final assembly workflow
March 15–31
• Scale final assembly
• Begin batch production
✅ Quality Control & Shipping Outlook
Before shipping begins, each VersaCarve unit will undergo outgoing quality control testing to ensure full functionality, alignment accuracy, and overall performance.
We expect this final inspection process to take approximately two additional week once full assembly is completed.
If production progresses as expected through March, we anticipate beginning staged shipping during mid-April.
We understand that earlier timeline estimates shifted due to structural upgrades and tooling refinements. These decisions were made to protect long-term precision and reliability — and we believe the final result will reflect that care.
We will share another confirmation update as soon as full assembly scaling begins so everyone has clear visibility.

We’re happy to share another solid progress update as VersaCarve moves closer to mass production.
🧩 Tooling Update
• Tooling for the new supporting frame is complete and returned on schedule (about 35 days).
• Most of the remaining tooling is also completed as planned.
🧪 Off-Tool Sample Testing
• We’ll begin testing off-tool samples next week to confirm the frame performs according to the revised design.
• Once approved, we’ll proceed directly to mass production.
📦 Materials & Production Planning
• Procurement of key materials — including the motor and other long-lead-time components — is already underway.
• We are preparing to begin mass production in early February, targeting around February 10–15.
